I qualified as a teacher in 2011 and from there specialised in the EYFS. I wanted to create my own nursery setting where I could lead by example in getting children ‘school ready’. I believe that preparing children for school is something that needs to be embedded from a young age with emphasis placed on the 3 prime areas of learning. My passion is to ensure that when children leave The Little Bears they will be confident and prepared for their next chapter. I want children to have a love for learning and to be inspired to follow their dreams.

I have worked with Children since 2001. In this time, I have worked in a range of settings including being a busy mum of two lively boys.

I’m very proud to be part of the Little Bears team looking after your amazing children.

The best thing I enjoy about my job is seeing all the children, play, achieve and grow into happy individuals.

I began working with children in 2016 where I completed work experience alongside children of different ages in a range of early years settings. From this, I then went onto achieve my level 3 qualification. I have always had a passion for working with children and helping to support them with their individual needs and watching them grow.

I am a Level 3 qualified nursery practitioner (N.N.E.B). I have 31 years of childcare experience ranging from nannying, nursery practitioner and a foundation stage teaching assistant. I am also a mum of two teenagers. I love art and crafts, the messier the better!

I qualified as a teacher in 2014 and have a with a real love for helping children learn through play, creativity, and fun. I’ve had the joy of bringing up my own boys, which has shown me just how foundational those first five years are in helping little ones grow, explore, and thrive. I’ve worked in both nursery and school settings, and my biggest passion is making learning enjoyable — turning everyday moments into opportunities for curiosity and discovery. I truly believe children, of any age, learn best when they’re happy and having fun and I feel very proud to be a part of The Little Bears team where I know this is a reality!

Nursery Practitioner 

I have worked with children since 2009. I have worked within school based setting, ranging from EYFS to Year 2. Whilst working at the school I qualified as a level 2& 3 teaching assistant and went on to achieve my higher level teaching assistant qualification. I am very proud to be part of The Little Bears Nursery team and enjoy watching children learn and become more independent. I have two grown up children and I love to watch live music and I’m a keen knitter.

I am a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner with over 14 years experience in the Early Years sector.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong passion for supporting childen’s learning, development and overall wellbeing.I am committed to providing a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating environment where every child feels safe, valued and encouraged to each their full potential. I find it extremely rewarding to watch children gin confidence, develop new skills and achieve important milestones throughout their early years.Outside of my professional role, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and creating meaningful memories together.

I am Level 3 qualified with over 12 years’ experience in childcare, including working in school clubs and overseas.

I have a passion for messy play and love thinking of fun and exciting activities in the moment.

In my free time, I enjoy attending concerts and theatre shows. I am also a self-confessed Disney lover!

I have been a qualified nursery practitioner since 2010; however, my love for childcare began when I was just nine years old. I can remember visiting a nursery where my mum worked and spending time in the baby room or playing with the pre-school children. It was from those early experiences that I decided childcare was the career I wanted to pursue.

Since then, I have completed my Level 3 qualification and, in 2018, achieved my Foundation Degree. I am also a mum to two beautiful girls and love spending time teaching them, exploring together and watching them learn and grow.

As a family, we love visiting Norfolk, spending time by the beach, jumping in the waves and collecting shells. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, attending aqua classes and going on long walks with my brother and family. We love being outdoors and making the most of our time together.
