Funding Information – Little Bears Nursery
Little Bears Nursery offers a range of funding options to support parents with their childcare needs. Funded Early Education Entitlement (FEEE) is offered over 38 weeks per year, in line with local school terms.
Parents who qualify for Government Tax-Free Childcare may use this alongside their Funded Early Education Entitlement (FEEE) to help with childcare costs.
Once funding begins, we calculate your total childcare cost and spread this evenly across the year to create a more consistent monthly invoice. Any ad-hoc sessions booked will be invoiced separately.
The Department for Education has issued guidance stating that Early Years funding covers the cost of childcare provision and staffing only. It must not be used to cover consumables, food, or additional activities. Due to the high running costs within the Early Years sector, these items are chargeable and are not included within your FEEE.
